Who pays for the service?

For our concierge service we work directly with guests at vacation rentals, and they pay us directly. As an official and exclusive partner, we advise on safety considerations to ensure your property is attractive for families with small kids.

As a property manager or owner, if you are interested to partner for advisement on safety considerations and making your property attractive to families with small kids, we can provide a customer proposal for a consulting agreement.

How are you different than baby gear rental services?

We do the planning and lifting for guests that want a seamless and stress free experience. We provide personalized service to guide guests on how to pack light. We also provide safety considerations and a safety kit to make the vacation rental ready for babies. Safety is our highest priority.

How do you clean the items?

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are refunded once gear has been inspected and shows no signs of damage. Damage is defined as excessively dirty including but not limited to is when they are returned with stuck-on chewing gum, crayon markings, paint, arts and crafts glue, markers, pen ink, dried food and beverage, vomit, potty accidents, deep scratches, missing parts.
